Shipping policy

All Muja pieces are handmade in Dubai. Ready-to-wear jewellery ships within 1-2 business days. Custom keepsakes (fingerprint and pet print) require 7-10 working days for production before shipping.

 

UAE Delivery: Free on orders over AED 250. Standard delivery AED 25, typically 2-3 business days.

 

GCC Delivery (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar): Flat rate shipping. Delivery within 5-7 business days.

 

International Delivery: Available worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.

 

Workshop bookings are digital products and do not require shipping. You will receive booking confirmation and details via email and WhatsApp.
