UAE jewellery delivery

Delivery is AED 35 for jewellery orders below AED 500. Delivery is free for jewellery orders of AED 500 and above.

Other destinations

Online checkout is currently available for UAE delivery. For another destination, contact Muja before ordering to discuss whether delivery can be arranged.

Made-to-order timing

Fingerprint and pet-print keepsakes are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production before shipping. Delivery time is additional. Confirm your print and personalisation requirements with Muja before ordering.

Workshop bookings

In-person workshop bookings do not require shipping at checkout. Any optional delivery of finished jewellery is arranged separately, as stated on the workshop page.

Personalised pieces and order issues

Personalised keepsakes cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made especially for you. We confirm your details before making the piece. If an item is damaged, incorrect or needs attention, contact Muja with your order number. See our refund policy and the booking terms on your selected workshop page.
