What is Muja?
Muja is a handmade artisan jewellery brand based in Dubai, founded by Nesma Nader. We create sterling silver jewellery, fingerprint and pet print keepsakes, and run jewellery-making workshops. Muja is short for Mujawharat (مجوهرات), which means jewellery in Arabic.
Is your jewellery real silver?
Yes. All Muja pieces are made from 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper for durability. This is the highest standard of silver used in fine jewellery worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship throughout the UAE, across the GCC, and internationally. UAE delivery is free on orders over AED 250.
Imprints & Keepsakes
How do I take a fingerprint at home?
After you place your order, we’ll send you simple instructions via email and WhatsApp. All you need is ink and paper (or we can send you a kit). It takes about 2 minutes.
How long does a custom keepsake take?
Fingerprint and pet print pieces are handmade to order. Allow 7–10 working days for production, plus shipping time.
Can I get a keepsake for someone who has passed away?
Yes. If you have an existing fingerprint on record (from a document, birth certificate, or ink impression), we can work with that. Please contact us directly and we’ll help you through the process with care.
Can I return a custom keepsake?
Because each keepsake is made uniquely for you using your personal print, custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with every detail before we begin.
Workshops
Do I need experience to join a workshop?
None at all. Every workshop is designed for complete beginners. Nesma guides you through every step.
What do I take home?
Everything you make is yours to keep. Your finished piece comes in branded Muja packaging, ready to wear or gift.
Can I book a private workshop?
Yes. We offer private workshops for groups of 4 or more — perfect for birthdays, hen parties, corporate team building, or any special occasion. Contact us to arrange.
Where are workshops held?
Workshop locations vary. When you book, you’ll receive the exact location and details via email and WhatsApp.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the workshop. Within 48 hours, we offer a one-time reschedule to another available date.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take in the UAE?
Ready-to-wear pieces ship within 1–2 business days. UAE delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Custom keepsakes require 7–10 working days production time plus shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and cash on delivery for UAE orders.
How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. Polish with a soft silver cloth to restore shine. Store in the Muja pouch provided. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming or showering.
