What is Muja?
Muja is a handmade artisan jewellery brand based in Dubai, founded by Nesma Nader. We create sterling silver jewellery, fingerprint and pet print keepsakes, and run jewellery-making workshops. Muja is short for Mujawharat (مجوهرات), which means jewellery in Arabic.
Is your jewellery real silver?
Our silver keepsakes are made from 925 sterling silver. Materials depend on the product or workshop; check the selected page for what is included.
Do you ship internationally?
Online checkout is currently available for UAE delivery: AED 35 below AED 500, and free from AED 500. For another destination, contact Muja before ordering to discuss the arrangements.
Imprints & Keepsakes
How do I take a fingerprint at home?
Contact Muja before ordering so we can discuss the print you have, the piece you want and a suitable way to capture or supply the print. Do not buy a kit or assume a capture method before confirming it with us.
How long does a custom keepsake take?
Fingerprint and pet print pieces are handmade to order. Allow 7–10 working days for production, plus shipping time.
Can I get a keepsake for someone who has passed away?
Yes. If you have an existing fingerprint on record (from a document, birth certificate, or ink impression), we can work with that. Please contact us directly and we’ll help you through the process with care.
Can I return a custom keepsake?
Because each keepsake is made uniquely for you using your personal print, custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with every detail before we begin.
Workshops
Do I need experience to join a workshop?
None at all. Every workshop is designed for complete beginners. Nesma guides you through every step.
What do I take home?
Beaded pieces are made during the workshop and taken home on the day. A wax-carved ring needs casting and finishing after the session; the current wax workshop page explains collection and optional delivery. Event experiences are agreed with your proposal.
Can I book a private workshop?
Yes. We offer private workshops for groups of 4 or more — perfect for birthdays, hen parties, corporate team building, or any special occasion. Contact us to arrange.
Where are workshops held?
Workshop locations vary. When you book, you’ll receive the exact location and details via email and WhatsApp.
What’s your cancellation policy?
For cancellation, rescheduling and transfer arrangements, read the booking terms on your selected workshop page: beading or wax carving. For an existing booking, contact Muja Jewellery.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take in the UAE?
Ready-to-wear pieces ship within 1–2 business days. UAE delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Custom keepsakes require 7–10 working days production time plus shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card and PayPal options are available; supported-device wallet options may also be shown. Contact Muja before ordering if you need to discuss another payment arrangement.
How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. Polish with a soft silver cloth to restore shine. Store in the Muja pouch provided. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming or showering.
